Jingze Wang
I am a PhD Candidate in the Organizations and Innovation group at the UCL School of Management, and I expect to defend my dissertation in 2026. I am currently on the job market.
I study strategic behaviors individuals use to navigate challenges in interactions with people and technologies at work. One line of my research examines the nature and psychological consequences of behaviors people use to manage social relationships (such as brokering) and influence how others perceive these relationships (such as hiding and faking friendships) at work. Another line of research investigates how employees’ perceptions of their jobs are shaped by their responses to the implementation of generative AI, such as recrafting their task work.
